Privacy policy
How Skyhigh PMO Pty Ltd collects, uses, stores and protects personal information, and how you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
1. Who we are
Skyhigh PMO Pty Ltd ACN 653 189 881 ("Skyhigh", "we", "us") provides Primavera P6 and project controls services to organisations in Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
- When you send a form on our website: your name, work email address, company, job title and mobile number; your message; and how you heard about us.
- When you request a Test us session, also: the issue you describe, any screenshots you attach, your P6 version, whether you have a current Oracle support subscription, and the dates that suit you.
- With every form: the page you sent it from and the page that referred you to our site, so we know how each enquiry reached us.
- When you browse our website: the pages you view and when, your approximate location (the city or region your connection comes from, worked out from your IP address, not where you are), the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived (for example from a search engine, a LinkedIn post or a link with campaign tags). Our website platform, HubSpot, records this, and uses cookies to recognise your browser only if you allow them (section 5).
- When we email you through HubSpot, for example to confirm we have your enquiry: whether and when you open the email, and which links in it you click. HubSpot records this with a tiny image and tracked links in the email.
- When you work with us: the business contact details and records we need to deliver and invoice the work.
We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health information, and we never ask for your passwords through this website or by email. Where paid work needs access to your systems, how that access is set up and protected is agreed in writing under the services agreement.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, arrange a call.
- To check a Test us request against the Test us terms and run the session.
- To provide, manage and invoice our services.
- To keep a record of how and when each enquiry reached us.
- To understand which pages and articles are useful, so we can improve the website.
- To see whether our emails are opened and which links in them are useful.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We send you a newsletter or other marketing only if you ask for it, and you can stop it at any time.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers who run systems for us: HubSpot (our website and customer records) and Microsoft (email and documents, through Microsoft 365). They handle the information only to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisers, such as our accountant, lawyer or insurer, when they need it to advise us.
- Anyone the law requires us to disclose it to.
We do not share your information with other organisations for their own marketing.
5. Cookies
A cookie is a small note our website saves in your browser so it can remember things between pages and visits. Some are needed for the site to work, and the rest are optional. We ask for your consent before setting them, through the cookie banner on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link at the foot of each page. Saying no is as easy as saying yes. We use three kinds:
- Needed to work (always on). These remember your cookie choice, keep our forms working and protect the site from automated traffic. The site can't run without them, so they don't need your consent, and they don't record which pages you read.
- Helps us improve (HubSpot analytics, only if you say yes). These show us which pages are read and how people find us. They recognise a browser that comes back, and if you send us an enquiry, they also show the pages you looked at first, so our reply can start from what you actually need. HubSpot, our website platform, sets them for us: hubspotutk and __hstc remember a browser between visits for up to six months, and __hssc and __hssrc follow a single visit. HubSpot may also keep two working notes in your browser's storage, __hmpl and hublytics_events_53, which hold details of your visit until they're sent to HubSpot. If you say no, we don't set these cookies, the notes clear when you close the tab, and the site works the same. HubSpot may still count the visit, but it can't recognise you on a later visit or link your visits to an enquiry.
- Advertising (off, not used today). We don't run ads and don't set advertising cookies. If we run LinkedIn or Google ads in future, these would let us show our ads to people who have visited, and see whether the ads work. Before we switch any on, we'll update this policy and our cookie banner, and they'll stay off unless you switch them on.
Our videos play from our own website and our share links are plain links, so no social media or video site sets cookies through our pages. We don't have a chat box either, so no chat cookies are set. If we add one in future, its cookies would remember your conversation between pages; before we do, we'll update this policy and our cookie banner, and they'll stay off unless you switch them on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, although our forms may not work without the needed ones.
6. Where it is stored
Our customer records and website data are held in HubSpot, in HubSpot's Asia-Pacific data region, and our email and documents in Microsoft 365. HubSpot, Microsoft and the companies that support their services may access or process information from other countries, including the United States, to run and support those services.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact records while they are useful for the purpose we collected them for. We review contacts we have not heard from in 24 months and delete what we no longer need. Records of paid work are kept for as long as tax and other laws require.
8. How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, change or disclosure. Access is limited to the people who need it for their work, and the services we use protect the data they hold with their own security controls.
9. Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it or stop contacting you. Send the request through our Contact page. We reply within 30 days. If we cannot do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we tell you why.
10. Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, tell us through the Contact page and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed.
