The terms for using skyhighpmo.com.au: what the content is and is not, trade marks and our independence, using our content, and our liability.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of skyhighpmo.com.au (the website). The website is run by Skyhigh PMO Pty Ltd ACN 653 189 881, ABN 80 653 189 881, of 2 Stawell Street, Richmond VIC 3121 (Skyhigh PMO, we, us). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. General information, not advice
The articles, product pages, checklists and other content on the website are general information about Oracle Primavera and project controls. They are not advice for your organisation's situation, and reading them does not make you our client. We give advice to clients only under a written agreement.
Product features, licence rules, prices and vendor terms change. Check them with us or the vendor before you rely on them.
If you apply a technical step, script, query or setting from the website, you do so at your own risk. Test it on a non-production copy first, and back up your system before any change.
3. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, accurate or up to date. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of viruses or other harmful code.
4. Trade marks and independence
Oracle, Primavera, Aconex and related names are trade marks or registered trade marks of Oracle and/or its affiliates. Other product and company names may be trade marks of their owners. We use these names only to describe the products we work with and the services we offer.
Skyhigh PMO is independent and is not endorsed by Oracle or any other vendor named on the website. Where we resell a product, the page says so.
5. Our content
We, or the people who license content to us, own the content on the website, including its text, graphics, diagrams and interactive tools. You may view it, print or download a copy of a page for your own reference or your organisation's internal use, and share links to it. You must not otherwise copy, republish, sell or adapt it, or collect it in bulk by automated means, without our written permission.
6. Using the website
You must not use the website for anything unlawful, try to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, interfere with how it works, or upload anything harmful.
7. Enquiries, bookings and Test us
Please give accurate details when you send an enquiry or book a session through the website. An enquiry or booking does not create a contract for services. We supply services only under a written agreement with you, such as a signed agreement or an accepted Statement of Work. The free Test us session runs on its own terms, at skyhighpmo.com.au/legal/test-us.
8. Privacy
We handle personal information you give us, including through forms and bookings, under our Privacy Policy at skyhighpmo.com.au/legal/privacy-policy.
9. Other websites
Links to other websites, including vendors' websites, are for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content, including loss caused by viruses, interruptions or errors. Where the law lets us limit our liability rather than exclude it, our liability is limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page, with its date. The version on the website when you use it applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
